A message dated May 18, 1999, was read stating the Senate has passed           
CSHB 156(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted               
for consideration:                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 156(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to investments by the Alaska Permanent Fund                  
Corporation; and providing for an effective date."
